Not found in a registry? No problem. Draw the boundary anywhere (e.g., Uruguay), upload the updated property deed, and proceed.

2) Brazil — App flow

In Brazil 🇧🇷, verification is fully automatic from the app: nearby properties, ownership checks, and duplicate prevention.

3) Minimum area

Any property ≥ 1 hectare (10,000 m²). Urban, rural or forest — we adapt the methodology accordingly.
